After the last 6 months of touring, I found the number on my bathroom scale to be very distressing. With my sister’s wedding coming up in 5 months, I figured I need to get my ass in gear.
I got a Jawbone UP today and will start tracking my habits with it. I’m also going back to hitting the gym.
Watch for my Facebook feed. If I don’t log gym visits for more than 7 days, Facebook will automatically post to my wall that I’m lazy and ask my friends to shame me. Hopefully, it won’t come to that.
