For the bulk of 2025, Caskey worked with the shoreside entertainment to bring two exciting shows to Royal Caribbean’s largest ship to date, Star Of The Seas. He was part of the team that brought a replica production of Broadway/West End’s Back To The Future to the seas for the first time as well as developing an entirely new show, Create!

Working with the original team for Back To The Future, the show was adapted to a slightly shorter runtime for the cruise ship audience but retained all the high tech special effects and talent that is captivating audiences around the world. The show premiered at a very special time as it coincided with the original film’s 40th anniversary. Original writer/creator Bob Gale was part of the process both during rehearsals in Miami as well as during installation and opening on the ship itself.

Caskey also took the lead as Production Stage Manager for a Royal Caribbean original show, Create!. This high tech journey follows Tommy, a young boy as he teaches his new robot pal, KRĒ-8 what makes humans special. Caskey was with the show from creation to opening and got to bring his unique skillset to the ship to make the show a success.

Both shows will be playing on the ship for years to come.
