I have some fun news!
I will be stage managing a tour come this January for Theatreworks USA. I’m not completely sure of which of their many shows it will be or a schedule, but I will be finding that out soon. Please stay tuned.
What is Theatreworks USA, you ask? Well, let me tell you. Theatreworks is a great company that tours shows for children. They are an Equity company that works under a Theatre for Youth Audiences contract (Health Insurance!) and performs shows for mostly K-6ish age school groups. I’ll know more soon, but I believe they do shows both at schools and at regular venues that school groups will bus in. It’ll be pretty crazy driving around in a van with 6 actors and being the one in charge, but I bet you it’ll make for some fun blog posts.
